The ladies at the front desk were always kind, knowledgeable and able to fit us in whenever a problem arose. Dr Shimon was extremely kind and compassionate when we had Champ in for his last visit. " Dear Staff: Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion in the way you cared for Vegas over the last seven years. It was comforting to know that when we came in we would be treated well, and that you were aware of how to treat Vegas because of his disposition. Although saying good bye to him was sudden and unexpected, we are glad to have closed this chapter with Dr Dhillon, Shardae , Lisa and Jodi...the same staff that has been with Vegas since puppy! She would have been 15 years old in a couple of weeks. She will be deeply missed. I just want to thank you and your wonderful staff for being there in her life all these years. Dr. Dhillon, I will always keep in my heart the very first day I met you. It was a Sunday evening and Moo-Moo was in very bad shape and you helped her. You and your outstanding staff. Please tell the good doctor who gave us the DAP collar that it did make a difference with the combination of lots of love, attention, food/water, fresh air, and extra "potty trips -outside," she slept through the nights.
